Halloween Robot

In 2020 when it was a bit iffy for kids to go door to door trick or treating, I made a Halloween robot that roamed the neighborhoods remotely dispensing candy to anyone brave enough to approach it.

The main feature of the robot is the candy dispenser, which has an arm that draw a single box of Nerds from a stack and pushes it down a chute. This is operated remotely, along with prerecorded audio messages and music.

In inflatable pumpkin-guy tops it off.

All of this sits on top of my robot, Happy, who used to delivery groceries, but was too big for the sidewalks (🙁) and was therefore handed down to me by friends looking to dispose of said robot.
